The fun will start as soon as you get to Elchenburg and gt yourself settled in with a Friday night night shoot.

Saturday morning, bright and early, inspections begin at 8:30 am and ranges open with a clout shoot at 10:00.  As usual, there will be stations through the open field as well as the woods walk course.  The top three archers in each of four classes will be announced in court.  Classes will be determined by the archer's score on one shooting station known only to the MIC.

There will also be an A&S competition with details coming.

Now Bubba's mama raised him right.  You don't invite folks over and not feed them.  No good Southern folk do that!  Master Oshi the grill master, will be grilling a pork roast for everyone to enjoy at dinner Saturday.  Bubba is even going to break out his finest China (paper goods) for everyone to use or you can bring your own.  Some folks call it feast gear.  Folks are asked to bring a side dish, drink or desert to share.  (Please list ingredients for those with allergies.)

Target Competition

While Bubba and his MIC knock themselves out to provide a great shoot, this year Bubba has decided to open up the shooting station design to y'all.  Five stations will be included and the archers will vote on which one they thought was the best.  Please contact the MIC with your idea so your station can be worked into the theme.  Submission deadline February 29.
