The final move is to pass the lace front to back through the next hole.  In the image you can see the finished lacing stitch.  This pattern creates a loop over the edge of your project which you can now see in the image.  

 

So in words from beginning, the lace goes front to back, then front to back through the same hole.  Next it goes front to back through the next hole, then front to back through the loop just created.  Next it goes front to back through the next hole.  Continue until you get to the end of the project.
