Here is the finished project.  I folded over the flap from the back piece then put 3 rivets in it to form the belt loop.  Notice that this knife has the little triangular piece that I had to make a cut out for in front piece.  I typically try to make my sheaths so the knife fits snuggly in them thus I don't need to add a keeper.
